These terms and conditions (“Promo Terms”) apply specifically to the “Ber Months Digital Kickstart” promotion (“the Promo”) offered by Bite Blueprint Co. (“the Agency”). By participating in this Promo, you (“the Client”) agree to these Promo Terms, which supplement our main Agency Terms and Conditions.
1. Promo Period & Eligibility
- 1.1. Period: This Promo is valid from September 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. All projects must be initiated with a paid deposit on or before the end date to qualify.
- 1.2. Eligibility: This Promo is open to new clients of the Agency who are small local businesses based in the Metro Manila or Rizal areas of the Philippines. The Agency reserves the sole right to determine if a business qualifies as a “small local business” for the purposes of this offer.
- 1.3. Limitation: This offer is strictly limited to five (5) new clients per calendar month during the Promo Period. Slots are granted on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit.
2. Scope of Services & Deliverables
- 2.1. The Package: For a one-time fee of ₱6,999.00, the Agency will provide the following:
- A custom-designed 1-3 page static website.
- One (1) year of FREE basic website hosting.
- One (1) year of FREE domain name registration (.com subject to availability).
- Six (6) months of FREE basic site management, which includes core software updates and security monitoring.
- 2.2. “Static Website” Definition: A static website does not include a Content Management System (CMS), e-commerce functionality, user login systems, or any other dynamic features. Its content is fixed and can only be updated by a web developer.
- 2.3. Out of Scope: Any request for features beyond a 1-3 page static website (e.g., e-commerce, additional pages, blog functionality) is considered out of scope and will require a separate proposal with additional fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
- 3.1. Content Provision: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary text (copy) and any specific images (e.g., logos, photos of their business) required for the website in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may result in project timeline extensions.
- 3.2. Revisions: The Promo fee includes a maximum of two (2) rounds of minor revisions to the proposed design. Any additional revisions or significant design changes will be billed at the Agency’s standard hourly rate.
4. Fees and Payment
- 4.1. Payment Structure: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) (₱3,499.50) is required to secure a promo slot and commence work.
- 4.2. Final Payment: The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance (₱3,499.50) is due upon completion of the website, prior to its official launch.
- 4.3. Ownership: The final website files and assets will be transferred to the Client only upon receipt of full and final payment.
5. Domain Name and Hosting
- 5.1. Free Period: The Agency will cover the cost of one (1) standard domain name registration and one (1) year of basic shared hosting.
- 5.2. Ownership: The domain name will be registered in the Client’s name, and they will be the legal owner.
- 5.3. Renewal after 1 Year: Approximately thirty (30) days before the end of the free one-year period, the Agency will notify the Client of the upcoming renewal. The Client will be responsible for all subsequent renewal fees for both the domain name (estimated at ₱800-₱1,200/year) and the hosting plan. The Client may choose to renew with the Agency’s recommended provider or transfer their services elsewhere.
6. Site Management
- 6.1. Free Period: The six (6) months of free site management begin on the date the website is officially launched.
- 6.2. Scope: This free management includes essential technical updates and security monitoring only. It does not include content updates, design changes, or adding new features.
- 6.3. After 6 Months: Upon completion of the free period, the Client may opt to subscribe to one of the Agency’s paid monthly Website Management plans or assume full responsibility for the website’s upkeep.
7. General Provisions
- 7.1. Entire Agreement: These Promo Terms, along with the accepted proposal, constitute the entire agreement for this specific promotion.
- 7.2. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
